Bloxham

Trilogy II

The Trilogy II fund offers the prospect of real capital growth
together with a relatively high, yet sustainable, flow of income.
As the name suggests it does this by investing in three distinct
asset classes:

Geared Property – Providing the potential for outstanding capital
growth. Managed by BIAM, it offers investors an excellent
opportunity to access top quality leveraged commercial property
generally unavailable to the average investor.

High Yield Equities – This part of Trilogy II gives investors a high
level of income and income growth, with the further prospect of
capital growth. Managed by our Head of Investment Strategy,
Pramit Ghose, the high yield strategy combined with Pramit’s
stock picking ability has proved very successful over a number of
years.

Corporate Bonds – Generating a greater level of income than
government bonds for a small level of extra risk. Bloxham aim to
accumulate additional capital gains for the fund by actively
trading this element of Trilogy II.

The asset mix of the fund is typically 40% in geared property,
40% in high yielding equities and 20% in corporate bonds, but
this can be varied to account for changes in the investment
climate. The Trilogy II fund has been designed for investors who
like the idea of geared property investment, and also understand
the importance of diversification. The fund combines income with
the potential for significant capital growth in a hassle-free, tax-
efficient product.

Suitability

Trilogy II is suitable for a wide range of both lump sum and regular
premium investors who want a diversified mix of assets without the
hassle, time and expense of having to put together their own
portfolio. It is a suitable fund for those who are planning to continue
their investments after their retirement date through ARFs.
